Welcome! My name is Charita Cheever and I aim to work with our wonderful BIPOC community. If this is your first time participating in therapy or if you are returning to your process, you’re in the right place. In the first session, we will explore your needs and how you may get the most out of your experience. With goal setting, clients are provided a chance to become active participants in their therapy process, which promotes increased confidence and ways to measure progress. In session, we’ll work from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and use Activity-based interventions.
