I am aware that choosing to seek support from a mental health practitioner for our emotional/ mental health and life problems can be a scary process. However, therapy does not have to be a scary process if your are paired with a therapist who understands the value of starting where the client is and working to develop a strong therapeutic alliance. My primary goal is to offer a safe therapeutic environment where my clients are free to share their stories without judgement or fear, and be empowered to remove obstacles that interfere with personal freedom, growth, and personal satisfaction.
