Rather than list my technical skills or present a diatribe about my approach to psychotherapy, I will tell you a few significant facts about myself and the work we will do together. I have been providing treatment for 30 years. My clients improve, they recover, and they heal. I assist people who suffer from anxiety and depression through insight and introspection focused on the analysis of a patient’s deep-seeded fear-related trauma and how that fear impacts the NOW . I focus on channeling the energy that can be harnessed from fear, a powerful human emotion that can rob us of our life energy.
