As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I help individuals navigate trauma, identity, and self-worth issues with compassion and authenticity. My approach blends evidence-based practices with holistic perspectives, drawing influence from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Attachment Theory. I believe there are no bad parts of us, only parts of us seeking to be understood, healed, and balanced. Together, we will build awareness of the body’s messages, integrate mindfulness, and align inner experience with outer expression.
