My approach is empathetic and interactive, but most importantly, it is tailored to each client’s unique needs. I provide a non-judgmental, safe, and supportive space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Therapy is often the only space where individuals feel truly seen and heard, and my goal is to create an environment of validation, understanding, and empowerment. Together, we will identify challenges, set achievable goals, build insight, and work towards healing.
