Change takes courage and each struggle is unique to the individual. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a safe judgement-free space to address those individual struggles and create goal-oriented strategies to foster change. Always working from a holistic, person centered, strengths-based perspective, I hope to offer clients new perspectives, healthy coping techniques and the support needed along the journey of healing and empowerment. I have experience working with adult individuals as well as couples of various identities and/or orientations. I am excited to meet you and look forward to working together.
