I’m Setareh Azar Jinn, LMFT and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), specializing in complex trauma, CPTSD, dissociation, and chronic stress physiology. Much of my work focuses on high-masking autistic and AuDHD adults who appear competent externally yet internally navigate burnout, shutdown, trauma activation, and chronic bracing. I support safe unmasking and the reorganization of survival patterns so clients can inhabit their neurotype and identity with greater steadiness and agency. I use advanced Somatic Experiencing methods—including titration and SIBAM tracking—to work precisely and gently with survival responses. I differentiate trauma physiology from autism, ADHD, OCD, chronic pain, and identity-based stress to ensure aligned, non-pathologizing care.
