​I know how important finding the right therapist is. A therapist that you feel safe talking to, that you trust, one that helps you grow, and cares deeply when the growth is difficult or stagnant. My hope is that I can be the therapist you’ve been looking for. My approach is grounded in humanism, in that I believe you are worthy of love as a baseline. I am a direct but soft and empathetic therapist that cares deeply about the clients I am supporting and giving my heart to. I am passionate about supporting people from diverse backgrounds, lgbtq+ plus folks, people who have endured trauma, and PTSD & C-PTSD.
