Are you the guy who holds it together on the outside but no one knows how you snap at your wife and kids? Or maybe you carry stuff from the past that still hits harder than it should and you feel angry, exhausted and disconnected. This is where I come in. I specialize in working with men dealing with anger, anxiety and trauma. But I'm not here to judge you or analyze you from a distance. I'm here to help you get stronger, clearer and more grounded. Outside of the therapy room, I’m into sports, hunting, fishing, and tackling whatever home project I probably underestimated. I’m a regular guy. But when it comes to therapy, I take my work seriously. I bring over a decade of clinical experience, advanced training, and specialized focus in anxiety and trauma. Our work will be thoughtful, and aimed at change.
