Let's get to work. During our sessions, I'll look to explore blindspots, challenge unhelpful perspectives, and move towards balance. Therapy with me is honest, and focused on growth, not comfort alone. We’ll name patterns, challenge excuses, and build the skills needed for real, lasting change. I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience with many issues, ranging from depression, work-life balance issues, and building community. I utilize therapeutic modalities like ACT, MI, EMDR, and Rogerian therapy.
