If you have come this far, it is because you have the strength to endure your struggles and you are looking for something to change. I hope to align with you in moving through uncomfortable chapters in life that may challenge your definition of yourself. I believe that the change you need is within you. I would be honored to join with you and to help you draw out the healing that is already within you. I know that no person is beyond the reaches of this healing so long as there is a willingness to change. Together, we can work toward bringing more peace and fulfillment into your daily life. As a counselor, I find it gratifying to help clients gain insight and create a plan of action for change. In a non-judgemental safe space, I will align with you to develop a plan of action to address what needs to change through implementing new coping tools and a better understanding of underlying issues.
