Congratulations on taking this forward step towards counseling. I understand how difficult it can be searching and finding a therapist that is a good fit. That's why in my practice I prioritize building a trustful and deep working relationship with my clients. From this foundation, we may explore your difficulties, stressors, and dive deep into your psyche to untangle knots so you can be your best self. As Carl Jung said "the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you really are." I especially enjoy working with culturally diverse individuals and those who have previously found therapy unhelpful. My specialty is Jungian and Psychoanalytic Depth therapy combined with action oriented CBT and ACT therapies. I completed three year psychoanalytic psychotherapy training at the renowned C.G. Jung Institute, five year training analysis, earned two Masters degrees in Psychology, and offer an integrative depth-oriented approach that meets you where you are.
