Your story is uniquely yours, and you matter. You deserve to be met with care, respect, and compassion. At the heart of every person are three deep emotional needs: to be completely loved, completely accepted, and to know that everything will be okay, no matter what. You may have learned early on in your life that one or more of these needs were not consistently met. In their absence, you adapted. You learned ways to cope, protect yourself, and survive, maybe in ways that are unsustainable. Together, we gently sit with your story. With curiosity and compassion, we listen to the parts of you that carry pain, exhaustion, or unresolved wounds. Healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken, but from tending with care to what has been hurting for a long time. Our work moves at your own pace and is guided by your boundaries, needs, and goals.
