I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect—within themselves and with others. With experience as both an educator and missionary pastor, and as an adoptive and former foster parent, I understand the complexities of parenting and relationships. I take a warm, whole-person approach, integrating CBT, Brainspotting, and Theraplay as needed to meet clients where they are. Fluent in Spanish and shaped by years abroad, I value connection, curiosity, and compassion in every session.
