I’ve spent my time in the mental health field walking alongside individuals and families living with psychosis; helping them make sense of their experiences, navigate stigma, and move toward recovery on their own terms. While this work is a central part of my practice, my office is open to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful, affirming space to explore their inner world and move towards change. I provide individual therapy and Behavioral Family Therapy (BFT) for families affected by psychosis. As an integrative practitioner, I collaborate with you to identify the therapeutic approach that best supports your goals and the changes that feel most meaningful to you.
