In a word, my approach to coaching and therapy is relational. I am at my best when I am centered, curious and genuinely engaged in my client's experience. I believe in the importance of finding the right "fit" and therefore, value authenticity very highly. My training, areas of specialization and personal style are well suited for those who might be seeking to go deeper in order to live and connect more fully. I have trained extensively in Psychoanalytic models of psychotherapy and I rely heavily on these theories for conceptual grounding as I do my work. That said, I primarily use the Internal Family Systems frame with clients at this point in my career. In addition, I would say that EFT/Attachment Theory informs a lot of how I understand why we do what we do.
