I pull from different therapeutic methods to tailor treatment specifically to client needs while also considering the ways that cultural and systemic factors may impact lived experiences. Within my approach, I pay particular attention to clients’ identities, histories, and strengths to promote empowerment and motivation to make meaningful decisions in the present.
