Life challenges hits hard sometimes and can last much longer than we would like them to be. Therapy can provide the help you need to move from challenges to freedom so you can live a healthier life one day at a time. My goal is to support and guide you while providing a non-judgmental safe environment. My treatment core is cognitive behavior therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. I am also equipped to provide Christian counseling by combining clinically proven interventions with biblical truth to those that desire to have a Christian perspective.
