Hi I’m Dr. Seyi Amosu. I'm a therapist with a background in community organizing. In other words, I am a co-conspirator in change. I help people re-connect with their curiosity, intuition, and imagination. Therapy is a process of coming home to yourself: connecting with your intuition, growing trust in your instincts and developing compassion for your emotions. Together we ask the question: how can you get free? As a therapist, I focus on changing clients’ relationship to their problems. Together, we identify patterns that reinforce pain internalized from the outside world and discover opportunities for agency.
