My ideal client is someone who has experienced life circumstances or trauma leading to disconnection, feeling stuck, anxiety, or depression. They may have spent years taking care of others, suppressing their own needs, or feeling unseen in their relationships. They come to therapy seeking healing, self-understanding, and meaningful connection to move beyond survival toward living authentically and in peace. Ultimately, they want to feel whole and reclaim the parts of themselves that have been silenced, disconnected, or impacted by past trauma. They want to heal and embrace a sense of freedom, confidence, and genuine connection.
