I truly believe that life throws us some curve balls and we aren’t meant to figure it out alone. Many of us go through these obstacles and need an environment that is supportive. My goal is to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate, mindful environment where you will feel empowered and supported to make your own life decisions. I am a Native Hawaiian that has grown up in Hawai’i and understand the cultural aspects there is for mental health.
