Therapy begins with a faith that you came by your struggles honestly in an effort to protect yourself and make sense of the world. My specialty is helping people recover from narcissistic abuse and other forms of abuse (emotional, spiritual, physical). I provide treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, military family stressors and veteran transitions into the civilian sector. My hope is to provide you with an opportunity to disentangle from suffering and aide you in improving your quality of life, increase your satisfaction within the internal and external world, and enhance your self-worth.
