The road to healing begins with a therapeutic relationship based on trust and acceptance. I guide clients towards exploring strengths and values to help frame their experiences in a way that focuses on their proven resilience. My passion is helping clients discover their authentic selves and gain agency over their lives by empowering them to make choices based on their ideals. We will identify patterns of thought and behavior that serve you well, as well as gain insight into the ones that don't. I base my approach on your needs as an individual to meet your personal goals and walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey. My specialties include working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and treating substance abuse disorders. In addition to providing support around major life transitions, I also treat trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and anger management. I help clients gain insights into communication and interpersonal issues through psychoeducation and analysis.
