Many of the individuals I work with have experienced trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, stalking, or other violent crimes. Some feel overwhelmed by anxiety, shame, or grief; others struggle to trust, set boundaries, or reconnect with themselves. Many are high-functioning but carry a deep emotional weight. What they share is a desire to feel safe, seen, and supported. Therapy offers space to process without judgment, build tools, and heal at your pace.
