Hi, my name is Shaina Castan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois. I primarily work with individuals over the age of 16 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship conflict and life transitions. I am a Level 1 Trained Internal Family Systems Therapist and I offer sessions that help explore the inner world. I believe everyone has a Self and there can be healing when we learn how to access that and also get to know the other parts of us.
