Are you feeling sad or anxious due to low self-esteem, relationship issues, family conflict or career hurdles? Have you decreased your self-care and isolated yourself from peer/familial support? Having a hard time processing past trauma and life’s current stressors? I am available to help you work through those difficult emotions and address undesired behaviors that we demonstrate when trying to navigate our difficult experiences without the proper support. I have worked in a variety of roles including mental health therapist, perinatal inpatient social worker, treatment foster care social worker and rehabilitation specialist.
