Hello and welcome to what could be the beginning of a healthier way of life for you. I heard an expression during my graduate studies: "you can't fill a cup from an empty pitcher." I've found in my career that this is precisely what most of us try to do. We are depleted daily by our daily obligations, responsibilities, expectations, and stress that we have nothing left for ourselves. Nothing left for our own trauma, our own emotions, our own wants/needs/desires, our own wellness. My goal is to allow space for my clients to address the aspects of their lives that prevent them from fulfilling all of their innermost desires, goals, needs, and potential. My goal is to create a space in which clients can serve themselves first in an effort to take care of others later.
