Sometimes life gives us a big shove and it can feel like our inner compass has been shattered. I can help you identify the areas of your life you would like to see change, the obstacles standing in the way of that change and how to expand beyond the closed-in claustrophobic feeling that can accompany complex co-occurring disorders including depression, anxiety, trauma and substance use disorder, process addictions and eating disorders. Through your own inner work you can become a healing presence to yourself and others. You are whole person, not a collection of symptoms. My compassionate approach allows clients to feel that they are really being heard. I believe that the solution to all disorders is rooted in a connection to a deep well of compassion and empathy.
