Every person has worth, purpose, and power. We inevitably go through things in life that cause us to doubt or question these truths. Our work together will be to identify, name, and work through the things that have gotten in your way in life. Our focus will be to restore and heal the wounded places and break patterns that interfere with our ability to live our best life and walk in our full purpose. I am a faith based and trauma informed practitioner with over ten years of experience working with teen girls, adults, and older adults around trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, and more.
