My personal and professional mission in life is to empower people to be the best version of themselves in every domain of wellness, especially mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I work together with my clients to identify and get to the root of their challenges, so that we can then strategically address the root, and come to a place of healing. I have a particular passion for and expertise in working with children and young adults of color and of Christian faith, via faith-based counseling (as applicable/requested), dealing with issues of self-esteem, fear, anxiety and stress.
