Hi there! I'm an LMFT & CADC with a variety of clinical interests and experience including recovery from addiction, relationship issues, anxiety, depression/mood disorders, emotional intensity, grief and loss, and life transitions. I’m passionate about helping clients explore and achieve their balance within to support their growth and fulfillment. I'm intentional in being genuine and show up as a fellow human first in the therapy room, and work alongside my clients to support them in moving toward healthy relationships and fulfilling lives through a strengths-based approach.
