(Nelson Mandela) Journeying through life is not supposed to be a solitary endeavor. I have found that in times of joy and pain, it is better to have it shared with others. I value the courage that it takes to be willing to open up and explore inwardly and relationally. I provide a safe and validating environment for those who want to personally grow, explore relationship dynamics, or seek support with mental health issues. I've had the privilege of working with couples, individuals, and families around issues such as communication, career difficulties, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, and trauma. I am especially passionate about helping couples navigate through the difficulties of relationships and attachment using emotionally focused therapy.
