Many people I have worked with struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and poor coping. I am here to help you come to a greater self understanding so that you experience more positive feelings, stronger relationships, and more goal completion. I also wish to be of support to folks who are questioning their sexuality, gender identity, and coping with strong negative feelings towards their body or self. I want to help you feel heard and validated so that you come to a stronger sense of self acceptance. I strongly believe that self acceptance helps us ultimately make life changes.
