My goal is to provide you with a safe and collaborative environment to help you develop the confidence to get what you want out of your life. I am passionate about self-care and I believe caring for your mental health should be given the same attention as caring for your physical health. Outside the therapy room, you will find me immersed in the world of video games, Legos, puzzles and engaged in my favorite fandoms such as Star Wars and Halloween.
