We collaborate together in an intuitive, person-centered way as you discover living with grounded integrity and alignment to your inner guidance, using integrative modalities including present awareness, parts-work, energy practices, and trauma-informed, body-centered somatic healing. By focusing on "your process", we uncover what's happening in your body, relationships, work, crises, dreams by compassionately attending "your direct experience"...and to what lies just beyond your conscious awareness. This dissolves old patterns and provides you with access to your own inner insight & next steps in very powerful ways.
