My practice focuses on treating adolescents, teens, and young adults experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, and family conflict. I provide a supportive environment where each client learns they do not have to navigate their challenges alone, while instilling confidence in them and their ability to face them head-on. I help individuals and families develop insight, understanding, and compassion for themselves and others. My goal is to equip my clients with skills to become more resilient and successful.
