Are you tired of hearing therapists say "how does that make you feel?" Do you know that therapy can help but it seems like you keep trying therapists that just seem to want to sort of listen to you, take your money, and say see you next week? Are you tired of having to constantly feel like your therapist just doesn't get the real world? Me too! So I've created my practice to be different. I work with people who struggle with anxiety and trauma with a subfocus of ADHD and neurodivergence. They often come to me feeling frustrated and just wanting to stop the cycle of therapy and just feel f'ing better.
