You seek counseling because you want something different for yourself and to find new possibilities where you feel stuck. As much as you feel capable in parts of your life, your inability to solve these issues makes you doubt yourself and perhaps feel like your own liability. To change, we need to feel safe to explore these challenging feelings and actions, the stress they cause, and how they originated and perpetuate in your life. I use a mind/body approach because stress doesn't just live in your mind. My personal passion is to streamline effective ways for both of us to understand the issues and the underlying reasons why they have continued to thrive. I am certified in Neuro Emotional Technique and trained in EMDR. I also specialize in supporting individuals with creative blocks.
