I am Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and throughout my clinical career I have had the privilege to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in different settings. I provide a skilled, empathic, supportive, yet challenging therapeutic environment in which I will assist in guiding to deeper insight and navigate the change that is necessary to help you reach your goals. I specialize in assisting individuals who are currently struggling with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma and abuse, negative thinking patterns, life transitions, and stress management, or need some form of support and guidance.
