If you are tired of struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, a lack of confidence or anything else that is getting in the way of you living your best life, I am here to help. I walk along side my clients and help them to align to who they want to be while providing a welcoming and warm environment. I know it can be scary to take that first step to reach out but just know I'll be on the other side ready to help. I am a trained trauma clinician that helps clients to work through feeling anxious, depressed, stuck, lonely or just not being their best version. I help individuals to align with who they truly are and work towards the best version of themselves.
