Taking new clients now! Greetings, future clients. I work from a gestalt perspective believing that to overcome struggles, you need the awareness to know, respect, and accept their authentic selves. I encourage clients to view themselves as their best possible selves and will meet and challenge you with both empathy and genuineness as we explore your story together. I use Gestalt, Narrative, CBT, IFS, SE, and Gottman therapy to name a few.
