Hello! I provide both short term and long term therapy to individuals who are working to manage anxiety, adjustment to life transitions and interpersonal relationships of all kinds. I provide a safe space for those who identify as neurodivergent, as well as LGBTQ+ individuals. I also work with a lot of college students! As a queer, trans-nonbinary clinician, I understand the importance of providing a safe space for visibility, self-exploration, and inclusion. Breaking away from dominant culture expectations and learning how to 'unmask safely' are two areas of importance that I focus on throughout the therapy experience.
