I focus on possible solutions to your struggles and have years of experience helping people with ADHD, ASD, substance use, anxiety, and depression, as well as myriad other conditions and situations. I lean heavily on humor and affability to create a comfortable environment for my clients from all backgrounds and walks of life including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC, and want my client to look forward to our sessions.
