I believe meaningful change happens when people feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in psychological science. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with honesty and curiosity. I work with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and developing practical strategies that align with each client’s values and goals.
