Hi, I am Shane O’Hare clinical licensed social worker in the state of Maryland and Delaware. I am originally from northern Ireland and was born in Belfast in the 70s. I have been very lucky to live and work in different countries and this has given me excellent opportunities to learn about people, challenges. Many of my clients come to me with concerns around stress, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, anger management, and trauma. We talk about these topics not just in how they are affecting you, but also how are they affecting your family and personal relationships or how they may be affecting your work or school.
