Do you want change but are skeptical about receiving therapy? Changes in our lives can be intimidating, especially when we're uncertain about how to resolve our issues or about who to trust for assistance. As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist and OEF Marine Corps Veteran, I not only understand this struggle but have successfully treated various clients who used to feel that same way. Furthermore, I've also learned that more than one approach is often necessary to effectively resolve multiple issues a client may be facing, which is why I use an Integrative Therapy approach.
