Whether you are struggling with people pleasing, boundaries, intimacy, isolating, or your own self worth, my passion lies in empowering people of all walks of life to gain confidence, improve their relationships, and feel connected to themselves and the world again. I will encourage you to being curious about your own patterns and behaviors that are interfering with your goals to create an understanding of your life experience. My approach is relational, client-centered and collaborative. I aim to cultivate a safe and judgement free environment and integrate my training in EMDR, IFS, CBT and the mind-body connection to assist in your healing journey. I have experience working in addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, sexual behaviors and relationship issues.
