Aloha, my name is Shanelle Purdy, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based on the beautiful island of Oahu. I’m committed to holding a safe, non-judgmental space for everyone, whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, anger, or are just feeling stuck in your life. I've worked with individuals ages 5 to 25. My goal is to help clients achieve lasting positive change through evidence-based practices and personalized care. I found that my style works well with children and adolescents who may be dealing with life transitions, difficulties with peers, family, or schools, anxiety and stress.
