My ideal client is an adult who feels overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship challenges and is seeking peace, direction, and hope. They may feel “different” or misunderstood, struggling to manage emotions, faith, or daily stress. What they want most is a safe, nonjudgmental space to process their experiences, learn healthier ways of thinking and coping, and reconnect with their values. Their goal is to overcome obstacles, break free from negative cycles, and create a more balanced, purposeful life filled with resilience, healing, and inner peace. I help adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and relationship challenges by providing a safe, supportive space to heal. Using CBT and Motivational Interviewing, I guide clients to shift negative thoughts, build coping skills, and create lasting change. For those who desire it, I also integrate Christian counseling and mindfulness.
