Welcome! I specialize in trauma recovery and navigating relationship challenges across all aspects of our lives. I place strong emphasis on acquiring skills to manage anxiety and depression, chronic illness, substance use recovery, grief and/or loss, and on making critical transitions that ensure safety, growth and holistic wellbeing. I have extensive experience engaging with teens and young people and am a skilled restorative dialogue facilitator, helping individuals and families hold space for conversations around challenging topics.
